Job: Hardwood Flooring
Mr. Kim made this process incredibly easy for us. He first came out to do an estimate. The next day we called in to have a new quote after changing a few things around. He was able to give us that figure very quickly. We were able to get the installation done within the next week. We are beyond happy with our new hardwood. SM Design is incredibly professional and their work is wonderful. We will be using them for future projects. Highly recommend!

Job: Ceramic Tile
They did a very good job. It was very time consuming job since my foyer area is not a open field where they could just drop tile. It has lots corners area with limited access, closet, small 1/2 bath, and weird landing next to the stairs. The care used in placement of tiles and trim work was above my expectations. It is very small operation the owner was my estimator and installer so you are dealing with owner the whole time. His advice to only replace the foyer was good one and saved me money and his recomendations on color and other items such as not removing the entire half wall as I had planned just prove he knows what he is talking about

They were very informative and knowledgeable during the estimate process and provided us the best rate. We scheduled the service for the next week. They showed up promptly and were done within the quoted time frame. The floors look excellent.

Job: Hardwood Flooring
Kim came out and installed the oak flooring in the bedroom and closet. He also installed quarter round to finish it off. He did a great job.

Installed new carpet where carpet was in townhouse.
